I called 45 minutes in advance to make sure the charm I was looking for was at that location. I drove 30 minutes to pickup and repeated what I was looking for and reference my phone call to the store. I asked the young lady to put it in a box and gift bag because it’s for a gift! I was very disappointed and embarrassed when I arrived to the party and my coworker open the gift it was the wrong charm. I believe if the sale associated would of focus on me as customer instead of talking to her co worker during the interaction this mistake wouldn’t been made! I’m a very loyal customer but this makes me want to spend my money elsewhere!

I made online order yesterday @1 it has been 26 hours still wasn’t ready it was a birthday gift for my mom so up with this location Had to visit store stand in line and they was rude and I will never visit store again I perfer pooled instead very different from mall location

I was very satisfied with my experience in the store. My sales associate was very knowledgeable. She had a very pleasant disposition, I appreciated all her help.

I went into the store to get my necklace clean and the associate broke my necklace and was rude about it . Then when I went to pick the replacement up the associate was rude about it . This location have very unprofessional customer service individuals working in there. I will never purchase anything from this location . Very rude associates.

The sales associate was rude and combative during the exchange process. As a result, I left the store. While leaving, the associate began insulting me to the Mgr. I returned to complain to the Mgr about not addressing the manner in which I was being treated by the associate who remained argumentative during my visit. I was interrupted repeatedly as I spoke with the Mgr who adamantly defended the associates behavior rather than sees slate the situation. I chose to complete my transaction in spite of being treated badly, but will not return to the store unless the matter is addressed.

Even with me having a receipt the sales lady forced me to spend money on another item. I was trying to exchange a charm I was not happy with for another charm. I did not spend all of my return credit. She told me she could not refund me the difference. I either had to buy another charm or have the money put on a gift card. I don’t fell like that was right. I had my receipt and had just purchased the charm the week before.
