The staff aft the Oglethorpe Mall location are extremely nice and immediately offered the clean my bracelet and suggested charms to complement my previous purchases. I was there to replace my daughters bracelet the broke unexpectedly. It was originally purchased in 2019 and through a random event it broke.

Every one was very nice and had a great selection for me to choose from in what I might like and took time to help me with my purchase and Mrs.shaniyah B was awesome she was very friendly
