As soon as I entered Pandora on a very busy Sunday afternoon, I was greeted and attended to very quickly. I did have a intial question regarding replacing a bracelet I have prior to my visit today, but being it was out of warranty I was unable to. I still was in search to purchase a bracelet and a few charms to start a travel bracelet and was helped.
