The sales staff was very attentive. Ask what I was looking for and brought out a selection for me look over. She made sure the size was correct and gave me warranty information. It was a pleasant experience and I would return to the store at a future date.

I went inside the store to return a bracelet I had purchased on a cruise. The lady indicated that they don't generally swap bracelets if they come from a third party, but she made an exception for me. They also had the bracelet I wanted in stock, so I didn't have to wait! I also bought a new pair of earrings
