Dovie was extremely professional, patient and very pleasant in helping me decide on my items. She even convinced me to buy same items for my 2 sisters!!! I ended up spending 3 times what I wanted to spend!!!! What a sales lady!! Also she cleaned my bracelets brilliantly. Total satisfaction today!! today.
