I was very satisfied with my store experience. My clerk Tameria V. was very helpful. She was informative, sweet, and very helpful. She made my experience amazing. We shared laughs and was able to find me an alternative to a charm I really wanted.

The sales associate Tammy was very helpful. She help me pick out charms that would match my personality bracelets. She also afford to clean all my Pandora items. She help me reorganize my two charm bracelets and necklace to stand out when I’m wearing them. I really appreciate her taste and style when it comes to charms.

There was no wait. My bracelet had broken qnd I was looking for a replacement. The one I was looking at was not same as the one I had. The sales associate saw what I had and showed me the beauty in the broken bracelet. I ended up replacing the bracelet with the same style one I had. Happy now because I have my pandora back.
