The staff is very knowledgeable about everything at Pandora. Everyone is always very nice and helpful. My charm bracelet is very organized and neat. Two days in a row when I bought charms they were lined up to look neat. Thanks to Jordan on Thursday and another nice person on Friday.

The over customer service and cleanliness was awesome. It was busy but their were workers available and offered services quickly.
