The sales associate was very patient and helpful. I went in just to purchase the cleaner and a charm for my bracelet. However, with it being my daughter’s birthday, I wanted to buy her something as well. In the spur of the moment, I decided to purchase matching rings for myself and my two daughters. Not once did the associate seem annoyed with us and I definitely appreciated that. She made spending nearly $400.00 not as traumatizing lol.

My salesperson (Shavon) was very pleasant. She made my shopping experience amazing being that it was my first time shopping at this Pandora. I’ll definitely be returning! Thanks Shavon !

Customer service was amazing

The Sales Associate 203848 was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the products. My husband was very happy with the selections she made to add to my existing bracelet. Everytime I look at it I smile. My Sales Associate was extremely pleasant. She treated me as if I was a friend or family member visiting her home. She hand cleaned my older bracelet. Along with the new pieces, my bracelet looks brand new. Thank you so much for your help and kindness. I will be back and let everyone know about this Pandora and the awesome staff. This was an awesome experience. I look forward to coming back again.

I came in with a photo of a ring i found online, & showed it to the sales associate she immediately showed me the exact ring in stock ! She asked me if i knew my ring size & when i told her i didn’t the first ring she pulled out to “try” was a perfect fit !!

the sales associates were so friendly and asked if we needed any help throughly. they were very persistent and detailed on any questions i had also.
