Ms. Lisa was explaining everything to me about my charms and she explained why I should get the right size bracelet. I exchange a Row of Hearts.. it was a gift.. The only problem I had was not being able to put my other purchases in my name which is Tracie Leeks.

The sales person was very knowledgeable of the products. She was also very nice and made me feel comfortable. The store was very clean and I observed the sales persons cleaning while I was there.
