I have never had a horrible experience while visiting this Pandora store. LaTrelle and Darlexus are the best associates ever! Every time I enter this store, both of them always greet me and make my experience the best! They are both friendly, professional and very helpful!

Everything was perfect!

the store was clean. they had everything I wanted. the sales associates were very nice as well.

It was very easy to exchange one set of earrings for the same, slightly larger version.

With it being Christmas the lines were long. I like the idea of the Person at the door asking what was I looking for in particular. it really narrowed down my choices once I did get inside.

Everything about Pandora was good, customer service was good and the merchandise was great.

While standing in line the sales associate had a catalog for me to view. You all had waht I needed in stock. Also the let the cashier know what I was getting before I got to counter.
