Pandora Jewelry

Will I was very satisfied with the staff at the location but I was given a leather Pandora bracelet that was very Sentimental to me and it popped. I done retail very many years and know that it could be replaced but my cry’s went unheard at each location I went to.I thought pandora stood behind their merchandise. I don’t want any money just my Bracelet back. I almost gave up on Pandora products. Thanks for listening. A devoted Pandora owner of three Bracelets

I’m am overall satisfied with my visit to this store. The staff are great and very respectful. This is my favorite pandora store to visit.

The customer service was excellent

The sales lady was very nice and helpful and knowledgeable. I necklace is a Christmas gift and she showed me the matching pieces and I plan to purchase them for a birthday present.

Great service

Service was fast and they were able to find just what I requested. I was disappointed with what was available for City charm but bought for collection anyway. Friendly staff, very clean location, would return again.

I walked in, told the young lady what I was looking for, she got it. I asked some questions. I was in and out in less then 10 minutes.

When my grandaughter and i entered the store we were greeted with a friendly voice and smile, that made me feel at ease, it was my daughters birthday and i was hoping the associate would be able to find what i came in the store for, i was able to select from a couple of choices and my daughter loved the hanging gold charm, i was very happy with the service i received inside the Pandora store inside of the Mall in Savannah Ga.
