I was highly unlikely with my service my online order was not right And the sales person canceled both of my orders and I had to rebuy in store has so unhappy

The sales associate was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

The store and the staff are very bright and inviting. My sales associate was very friendly and very patient with me because I was a little indecisive. She knew of the availability of products but still double checked for a specific ring for me. Even though the ring was out of stock, she was able to help me find a beautiful second option that I purchased. Very great service!
