I was highly satisfied with my pandora experience because I like the way the merchandise was presented to me and the knowledge that the representative have for the merchandise in the store.

The store manager helped me with finding what I wanted. She also cleaned my bracelet and put my charms on my bracelet. Though there were others in the store, I did not feel she'd or in a hurry at any time. I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping!

I came in to get a birthday gift for my niece. I was not sure what kind of charm I was looking for. My sales associate was very knowledgeable and professional. She had a lot of patience for my indecisiveness. She also made sure everything was sanitized before and after my visit.

Sales rep helped me get my jewelry cleaned and restored. She also helped me find the perfect charm for my visit.

The associates are always so nice and have excellent customer service skills.
