Very nice associates

The sales associate was quick to greet me and ask what I needed. She helped me pick out the type of spacers I needed for my bracelet. She put them on for me and showed me how to open the clasp as I was having trouble doing it.

I love how the staff treat each customer. The merchandise it's self is so beautiful. The store is always clean.

I went in with a broken bracelet and show it to the sales person no questions were asked only if I needed a different size she changed out my bracelet and I was on my way

They were extremely friendly and helpful, first, they couldn't really find the charm I wanted but they were able to find it quickly. I was purchasing from the Final Sale and they even offered me another one, to take advantage of the prices.

They were pretty busy but they made sure to great everyone. They had the product I was looking for and helped me with the issue I had with the same charm getting lost. She was very friendly and did everything she could to help me get a new one.

I was able to exchange a mail ordered item in the store. Although the wait was much, the line long, the store was full, but I was helped and given good service.

I purchased a bangle And charm for my sister in law and she was soooo excited to get it.
