On my resent visit to Pandora I was greeted at the entrance with a smile. My sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel rushed to make a decision on a charm selection.

Darlexus is a wonderful asset to your team. She was Extremely helpful in helping me choose my charms in necklace and letting me know a little bit of information about all of them. She took her time with me and was very patient, and didn’t mind me asking to view and try on different charms and necklaces and I was greatly appreciative of my experience in that store. I am also a sales representative so I understand customer service at great links and I think she exuded every bit of customer service that she could and I was greatly appreciative of that. She provided a wonderful experience for me purchasing my first Pandora products.
