Well there was a birthstone charm I was looking for a while and I was able to find it. Also there was some sales items that I was impressed.

I went to the store to purchase a bracelet but I had no idea what bracelet would be best for me. The sales representative after asking me a few questions suggested the bangle bracelet which I love.

The store was clean staff was courteous

The Staff was knowledgeable, Fast, and Friendly. I was pleased with the number of people they had staffed. It was a line, but they managed to work as a team to get everyone served in a timely manner.

I was able to pick items I wanted & the associate was patient & helpful with suggestions.

Great customer service. The waiting during the holidays wasn't long. The quality of the jewelry was exceptional. I made three purchases and will be back soon.

For being Christmas time the line moved extremely fast. The sales girls were very friendly and helpful. I didn’t feel rushed. She even offered to redo my charms and help organize them better.
