I ordered a charm from Pandora's website. They sent me the wrong item. I needed the correct item for my wife's birthday. The sales associates helped me a great deal and I'm always appreciative of their excellent customer service. I also made a purchase in good faith after the resolved the issue. Never order online again. I'll just come to the store. Cheers.
