I went into the store today and was greeted Ms. Ivy at store #144578 was very helpful in helping me purchase a Pandora bracelet I will make sure that when I go back to purchase more charms that her or Moultan are working they both were a pleasure in helping me.

Darlexus, is a star! She displayed excellent customer service and was very professional. I had a bracelet that was damaged the heart clasp would not stay closed. I tried to have it fixed, but no one wanted to be responsible. I had all but given up, until I went to the Pandora Store in the mall and meet this kind, professional and caring associate named Darlexus. More associates should learn from her. Because of her, Pandora has gained a life long customer!
