I love the selection and was able to get Christmas gifts for loved ones. I like the continuous promotions that are provided every time I shop. It is always great to shop at establishments that offer military discounts to service members.

I visited the Savannah Store located in Savannah, GA. The customer services with Ciara was exceptional. She was courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. Ciara knew the product line very well and was able to provide various options regarding my desired gift. You need more customer service specialist like Ciara. She should provide training to other employees. I have visited other locations in Savannah & Atlanta and the service could use some improvement. Thank you.

Every time I go to pandora I am greeted by the manager who is pleasant to work with and one of her staff members that always helps me, makes me feel like family.

The Associate give me everything on my list. She didn't have to hunt for it , even though it was a crowd , I was in and out in less than 30min tops
