My sales representative was very patient with me. Lei was friendly and knowledgeable about all of the Pandora products and pricing. I drove 45 miles from s.c to this location for the variety in selection.

Both sales representatives were friendly and helpful. I couldn’t make up my mind so i was fortunate to have more than one associate. Lei and Tanzania were patient while I changed my mind several different times.

I called ahead to have a ring put on hold for me to buy, and when I arrived it was waiting for me at the desk. Both of the initial sales associates were very friendly and knowledgeable about the product, offering pertinent suggestions and advice. The sales associate who finalized the sale, Lei, was extremely amicable and courteous. She showed me a pair of earrings that I went well with the ring I purchased that I will most likely be purchasing in the future, either online or in the store. She is also the one who knowledgeably informed me of the benefits of completing this survey and was overall very pleasant to speak with while she was finishing up my transaction.

The service was excellent. It was trouble finding the ring but I have it & im very very pleased !
