darlexus was really sweet and cheerful! she helped me find the right charms for my wife's bracelet, she even gave some good suggestions and great ideas. she even related to me instead of just trying to sale me the products. only down side was the few i liked were out of stock however my visit still was phenomenal and darlexus did her best to compensate for the missing products. my wife loves each and everyone of the charm i gifted her that day.
