She showed me different charm and bracelet options and suggestions for spacing like I was a brand new customer. Ultimate customer service!

I went in because I saw the free bracelet with $100 purchase ad. When I got there Ashley assisted me in looking through the various charms and bracelet styles. She was very patient with me and even gave me a cleaning on my older bracelet. I ended up getting everyone's Christmas gifts! Awesome experience!

The Manager and the sales associate was very nice. I was highly satisfied with her noticing that my bracelet was coming apart. I only had it for no more then 2 months. She cleaned my irger bracelet and I was satisfied with her doing that also. Their professionalism was A1.

I was having a problem with my bracket fallen off when I wear it ... The associate recommend that I buy a safety chain to level it out & if it was to come loose again it want fall off my arm without me knowing ....And if it does continues to do so I'm still under a warranty....
