This was my first time purchasing at the Pandora store. The experience was pleasant as the associate was very patient with me. She was helpful and very friendly.

The attention and service I received was prompt and extremely helpful. They were patient with me when making my choices. The staff helped guide me with the best options.

I went to pandora to get items for my girlfriends and I 3 year anniversary and Valentine’s Day. When I went in I was immediately greeted by two very nice women. I was lucky enough to get Ava S. We started to talk and she helped me out through the entire process. She pointed me in the right direction on what to get and what to steer slightly away from. In the end I spend more then enough money but was more then happy too. I couldn’t have been happier with my experience

They took the time to help me with my selection. Helped me make my decision. One thing I wanted was out of stock, but we find another one.

In Covid times, you want your experience to be quick and effortless especially when visiting the store in person. That’s exactly how it was without compromising quality of service.!

Sales clerk was Friendly. Sales clerk allowed me to look at different charms. Holds alot of charms for a small store.

Gentleman was extremely friendly and accommodating. Made ever effort to try and locate the merchandise I was requesting and went to great lengths to provide me with options to my requests. I didn’t have my glasses with me but assured me if I wasn’t pleased with my purchase I could return and make another choice with the correct documentation.

I was assisted right away and the girl who helped me was very knowledgeable about rings and saved me from leaving with the wrong size.

The rep who was helping us was so sweet and genuine. She was listening to our iui journey we’re starting and was so involved. She was amazing.

Sales representative was available right away. He showed me all the trays of charms because I was not sure what I was looking for. He was very patient and kind.
