The associate was so nice! I originally got the ring in an 8.5, but after leaving and wearing it for 20 minutes I felt it was too small. I went back and she had no problem with helping me change my size to a 9 and was so nice about it!

Ava was my salesperson. She went above and beyond when she showed me all the charms I was thinking about purchasing. She went a step above and pulled them all out for me so I could see and inspect them in person. I really appreciated that more than she’ll ever know. It made it so much easier to make my decision and be confident in my purchase.
