The staff was very helpful in helping me select a charm for my grandmother. They helped me in a timely fashion and made the experience smooth overall.

There was no one in the store so the sales rep was quickly able to attend to me. She maintained professionalism at all times and was very personable.

I went in with a bracelet that my Mother gave to me for Christmas. The date of the purchase was 11/18/22. At first I was told it was past the date to exchange. I was very upset since it was TOO small and a Christmas gift. The girl talked to the mgr and she said they had a special for returns/exchanges for this time of year... Purchase between 11/1/21 and January 29, 2023, and you can return during those dates. I am going back this Wednesday after they receive their shipment on Tues, they were wiped out with most items due to the Holiday. Happy with the customer service. Very busy though, there was a line of customers waiting for assistance. Only two girls working.

Madison was very polite, informative and helpful. Madison knew her Pandora jewelry and taught me some things I would need to know, to care for my jewelry. Also Madison had on Pandora jewelry, which made me feel that she really knows the jewelry.
