The sales person was very helpful and friendly. I had two transactions while shopping. I purchased a new ring that I could not find in another Pandora store and was thrilled with it. I returned a ring since it was less than a year old and it lost a stone. The sales person gladly gave us a new ring to replace the damaged one.
