Store manager actually was the one that helped me - I had an exchange from Christmas gift I bought my daughter on pandora online, and was bringing it back to store to exchange and getting her new charms and returning bracelet and other charms - she made it easy and helped me find something better suited for my daughter and I of course bought even more charms for myself - I went in expecting to have a problem - instead it was a great experience! Thank you!!

I was highly satisfied with my visit at Pandora because I found exactly the charms I was looking for, as for the occasion I needed them. All sales associates there were amazing since I had visited earlier in the week for a purchase of a ring as well. Lastly, but not least! One of the associates showed me how I can get $10 by doing this survey and highlighted the instructions on my receipt.
