Tanya P was super friendly and helpful. I didn't know exactly what I wanted to purchase for my mother. I explained a little bit about my mother's style and Tanya helped me find the perfect necklace. There was another associate I believe her name is Nay. She was sweet and wrapped my gift for me. Lovely ladies! Friendly service and super easy to talk to.

Called to reserve a specific charm, they had no problem doing that. Were able to help me as soon as I was in the store. They gift wrapped it like a complete wrapping pro (some of the best gift wrap from a store I have ever seen). Gave me gift receipt and everything. As always, a great experience with Pandora!
