There wasn't much selection from the rings, which is why I came in. They all have been the same rings for a while now, and they were all flat looking, nothing much different about them. The charms, too, I wanted a distinct charm, but this location doesn't compare to Danbury Mall or NYC. They have more stuff at other locations, so I settled with my purchase. I don't even know if I want to keep what I bought, and usually, I want more than just three items. However, the staff was amiable and accommodating, which improved the visit.

I came into the store to get a replacement because a stone had fallen out and to see if I could get help with another ring that was less than a year old that was obvious to the eye it was turning. I have rings that I wear every single day from Pandora that haven’t turned. The sales associate told me there was nothing she could do because it was considered wear and tear on the ring.

I went to a small boutique where they sell Pandora products but was told by the associate that they could not honor a $50 gift card from Pandora. They had exactly what I wanted. She said even though they sell the product of your company that they would not get reimbursed for the gift card. I was very upset that I had to leave the store and drive to a different store to make the purchase. Assuming that yesterday was the last day for the buy two and get the third one free. I even had a 20% discount card for having purchased a pair of Pandora earrings for my birthday. A very disappointed Pandora customer. I spent hundreds of dollars buying Pandora jewelry for myself and my daughters n nieces.

I had a good experience at pandora but before being helped, one of the associates were looking at me up and down. Very rude.

Just felt that some of the items I viewed online were so so much smaller when I actually saw them in the store.

I feel that you really need to up grade your merchandise, it’s basically the same all the time. I really like the product, but would like to see different things.
