I am satisfied of my purchase, the store was ok, the service person I spoke with was knowledgeable and she assisted me satisfactorily. Everything can always be better, but this was good.

As soon as my boyfriend and I got there we waited outside the store thinking there was a line. 2 men walked in before us, when they saw we were waiting outside but the employee said there wasn’t a line. We were there first but the employees took care of the 2 men first that got me annoyed. They should really pay attention to what is going on around them.

They did not have a box for the bracelet I bought for my daughter.

Actually my first time at my local Pandora. The location is small but well organized, clean and well stocked. I will definitely go back again.

Have visited many Pandora stores this one was not so friendly nor did they have a great inventory.

I went there because my husband wanted to buy me the necklace w/ earrings but the young sales lady said it was sold out but didn’t care to try to sales me anything else then I ask to have my pandora to be clean said to me she was to busy but I could speak to the manager. The manager was so kind that she sold me the necklace w/ earrings that was on the window which I saw it and she also suggested she also sold me the bracelet because my husband ask for the matching one and also I bought another set of necklace w/ pendant which I spend $400 and she also clean my pandora bracelet. I told my husband when we left that she was a good sales person not like that young lady that did not care to sales but there just to get a paid. I don’t know if she gets commission but if they do she just lost tha commission pay

Online stated a specific item was in store, once in store they item was unavailable. Sales associate was unable to order item
