I bought a pair of earrings that I was so excited for but when I went to put them on I noticed they were broken

Service was a little slow,

I went there to purchase a ring and left and then returned because my brother wanted to purchase something. The staff was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

The only issue I had was that the bracelet I wanted, they didn't have my size, and no options were offered as far as possibly getting my size ordered, or offering to check if another store had that bracelet in my size. Otherwise my experience was exceptional.

I went there to get my bracelet fixed but they were unable to help me with that no jeweler there and my bracelet was an older model that’s not available anymore as well so I really upset but brought something else

The store was clean. The workers were pleasant. The selection was good.

As soon as I walked in the store I felt like I was judged. There was two sales associates and one of them helped me, the other sales associate didn’t even greet me she just simple walked away and started to sweep.

I was satisfied with my Pandora experience more than I was dissatisfied. I was only dissatisfied in the lack of display for the particular charm I happened to be looking for, as well as lack of a wide selection of charms. However, I do understand that this is a smaller store compared to the other Pandora stores.

I am new to pandora and was asking certain questions like I have 2 hearts currently on my bracelet what should I add I like butterflies and Disney and don’t get me wrong I love my experience with Rebecca she was really sweet but not once did she show me a butterfly she did say I needed a pop of color so she directed me to more heart charms

I went shopping for rings. The quality of the rings vary. Some feel very thin and others just right. I also got my prior purchases cleaned. I was disappointed to hear that I had to purchase a cleaning cloth. I think it would be nice to offer the cleaning cloths free with purchases, considering the, sometimes, high cost of some merchandise where it’s not advised to get them wet or bathe with.
