I do not think the Harry Potter charms were worth $55 each as the detail on them are poorly done. Also there were no martial arts charms.

Nothing eventful- just a common purchase experience

Well everything was displayed nicely, the jewelry was every where in eye sight. I was able to see all different kinds displayed on the displays or inside the table

I went in looking for initials and had to purchase to different types because one was discontinued.

I understand showing exclusive products, or ones that go with a holiday theme, but the items I was looking for weren't on display. I'd like to see more bracelet selections in the case.

I tried to use the $10 survey and allegedly it was already redeemed. after I use a survey, I destroy the receipt in the store. that survey was never used and I'm glad I had another one

Ashleigh was very pleasant and patient while I indecisively decided on what to purchase. She was knowledgeable and assisted me every step of they way. I was unsure of what size to purchase, she provided several options. She also showed me her Pandora bracelets as a sample. She provided several other ideas as well. Thanks girl!

Packaging wasn't what I was expecting . Sales associate was rushing the presentation on package wasn't to satisfaction .

I wasn't offered any packages, like boxes for my purchase.
