Staff could have approached me as soon as I walked in. I look young but doesn’t mean I won’t make a purchase

Although the sales person was very helpful she seemed more prioritized on messing with the jewelry in the cases. She did come whenever i needed butni did also have to go to her when i needed.

I am highly satisfied because I love the products

The only thing I'm frustrated with is trying to put bracket on yourself. Next purchase might be a bangle

A little expensive need to lower prices

the sales lady was very nice. She knew alot about what i waned to know and she was very patient.

The charms I selected were not in stock.

The staff would come up to use and ask us what we needed help with and then direct us to another staff member and explain again what we were looking for

there was only one attendant and she was not very friendly, she took a while to find the price of one of my purchases and I saw the promotion of getting a jewelry box when spending + $150 and I spent $179.48 and she didn’t give me that. don’t know why!

Traveled 45 mins to exchange a necklace purchased on 9/11/22 and never got a chance to wear because the item was tarnished. Spoke to Manager and instead of an apology or just general bed side manners she was a little snobby and stand-offish. Then to ask me if the item was from that store, like it was just the way she approached the conversation in not a pleasant manner. On top of it all she finally exchanged my item, I purchased more items and she didn’t even offer to give me A little bag. She said you want to put it back in the box that I had. Idk 🤷🏻‍♀️
