Store was emptv and the sales associate seemed like she almost didn't want to be bothered.

La señora que nos estaba atendiendo a mi esposo y a mi perdió el tray donde tienen los charms para mostrarlos y ella nos veía como si Nosotros lo tuviéramos, nos pregunto incluso si nosotros lo teníamos y no paraba de vernos como si nosotros lo habíamos robado o algo asi no dejaba de vernos raros en inclusive llegue a pensar que nos pediría que le mostráramos todo lo que andábamos solo para saber si nosotros lo habíamos robado… nos hiso sentir mal y avergonzados porque en la tienda también nos veían como si Nosotros teníamos ese estupido tray… después de casi $400 dólares gastados no nos pidio ni una sola disculpa.

The sales associate was rude and snobby. Very different from the last time I was I'm the store. Those women were wonderful. I'll prob shop online after this visit

It took forever to be waited on. When I was fonally waited on the sales person was rude. She also wanted to rush. I asked to see other beads and she refused to take out of case.

There was a glitch processing my purchase and as a result I was charged 2 different amounts on my card.Pandora told me they only see one charge. My bank has two charges. Now I have to chase down the Pandora mistake.

Cuz I placed the order online and I only had three days to pick it up and I called to tell them to hold it one more day because I had covid. Later that evening I got a message that my order was canceled. So the next day I had to go to the store with a mask and repurchase. And now I have to wait for the money to come back to into my account.

The final sales associate was a gem. She was excellent. Initially I was being overcharged and the store manager dismissed a promo in store and online as a signage policy. If she looked and helped me she would have been able to see it was e mere POS issue. Instead she questioned the sales floor and I left. I called customer experience who verified item was on promo. Went back to store. Final associate was able to see I was being overcharged and adjusted the promo. It took over two hours between the first attempt at sale and the second. The managers disposition even second time in store was very defensive and didn’t even apologize. The associate who helped me and made a sale of 600 bucks was excellent and she deserves recognition for seamless execution even when merchandise was ringing incorrectly, she kindly verified the promo and adjusted the pricing.

when i first walked in the store, i waited about 3-5 mins before an employee asked who was next to be helped, & she saw me & I mentioned i was there for a pick up and she completely ignored me & turned around and helped the next customer that was there after me. she could have said someone else was going to help me instead of completely ignoring what I said which was very rude.

I asked for my charm (split charm) to be wrapped separately. I was told it can be done, however, when I got home, I noticed that my charms were just thrown into an empty box. Nothing in the box e veto for my charm bouncing around a hard cardboard surrounding. No effort was put into nicely displaying my purchase in the box. Lucky I opened it and realized it before giving it to the recipient. Not the quality I expected from pandora

The sales associate or possibly the manager wasn’t friendly at all, she really didn’t treat me well. I felt like she cared more about getting the store ready for closing. Horrible customer service.
