The sales associate was kind and patient. She combined many options until we put together pretty combinations of gold and rose gold pieces for a unique onsomble of earing bracelets and charms.

The sales reps were very friendly. I felt they they really wanted to help me. They offered suggestions to help meet my somewhat complicated needs.

I had a horrible experience with another store and online customer service. I had placed an online order to pick up at another store, the bracelet I ordered was too small. I wanted to exchange the bracelet for the same bracelet but a bigger size. I was told in my pick up store they were unable to do this, I was told by online customer service that I could return the item and get 20% off another (I had gotten the bracelet on Black Friday weekend for 30% off) I had spoke with Maddie and she gave me some additional advice on how to go about this, unfortunately I still got the same answers. Maddie had advised me if I was unable to process the exchange with the number she gave me to call her store back - I called the store back and spoke with Dana the store manager. Dana allowed me to exchange the bracelet for a bigger size. I couldn’t be more appreciative of their help.

Fatima was a terrific sales associate, answered all my questions and spent time searching for charms to match my intentions. Unfortunately though I was disappointed when I got home and realized I did not receive the Fanny Pack promised as promotion for exceeding the purchase $ threshold.

I was greeted when I came into the store. The associate gave me options and wasn’t pushy or impatient. She used her training and experience to give me a smaller sized bracelet. She took the time to arrange my charms in a way that was pleasing to the eye. I was extremely happy with my purchase when I left the store.
