The sales associate was getting annoyed that I wasn’t fast enoughe in picking items. She kept huffing and puffing and tapping the glass counter. Sorry i will not hut sonething i don’t like. When i will pick something from the book they seem not to have it. I paid 180 dollars for 3 pair of earrings but left the store annoyed with the sales lady.

The girl took forever to find what I wanted. There was not enough stock of what I wanted. There is no way I will be going back.

I love Pandora items, and have always been satisfied with the customer service I receive. Some items seem slightly over priced, so I do hold off on purchasing those items until I am certain I want the item.

The sales associate was rude. Further I asked to get my 3 bracelets cleaned . She stated that the cleaner wasn't up and running. Because it was a sale. I stated that I was there 4 weeks ago and she stated the cleaner wasn't working. So done with that store

I brought a brasalet and I went to exchange bec size was too big. And, I did not get the same price, I was charged full price. I feel is not fair. Thanks

I went online and it said the store had a leather bracelet in the size I wanted in stock. When I got there I was told the employees were new and they could not find it. She texted the manager while I was there and still couldn’t find it. They told me to order it online , but I realized while I was there that would cost me $8 more dollars in shipping. When I asked what they could do, all they offered was for me to drive an hour to another store or to pay the extra, and then drive back to the store for a refund of the &8 shipping AFTER it arrived to my house. No solution they had was convenient, so instead of purchasing the charm and bracelet, I returned the charm and now won’t be buying anything from pandora. The staff should be better trained, the inventory should be better updated, and customers should be better valued.
