The sale person was extremely rude and unprofessional. She appeared to be annoyed and responded to my questions with an attitude.

valentine day bracelet and charm was advertised for $ 99.00. Sales person made us pay $130.00 Because she did not want to make a set up. The bracelet and charm were available in the store therefore and all pictures and advertisements stated $99.00. She refused to give us the price. My husband really wanted the gift for my valentine day and paid the $130.00 I am asking for a refund of the $31.00 as we were robbed by sales person. Item # 789270c01sparkling Entwl Item #597125CZ-2 Sterling silver. The sales person #180580. This was the first time I brought from the store in the Poughkeepsie Galleria. I have stopped in other places and on line and had very good results. Please contact me on how I can have a refund of $31.00 since the product is still advertising for $99.00 as a valentine'd day gift set which my husband brought.

I bought a ring over a week ago which lost the main stone and when I brought back to exchange the associate was incredibly rude and told me to pick a different ring and this one wasn't the one for Me. I've had this ring for three years and it didn't fit so purchased another one at 100 dollars a pop and that's how I get treated? I purchase from here often and didn't appreciate being told to pick a different ring then told it will only be exchanged once if it breaks again. Horrible customer service. She also rang the ring in the wrong size when purchased then proceeded to make me seem like a liar when returning.

Sale associate did not know the products. When I asked to see a charm her response with rolling of the eyes was “can you look through the display case.” Her nails were so long she had difficulty doin her job. None of the sale associates wanted to help me. Felt like I was bothering them. Wouldn’t let me use $10 off $100 from survey when I spent over a $100. Very rude and unfriendly associates. IF that was my first time at a Pandora I would never go back.

The assoc. that I unfortunately dealt with was horrible!! She knew this was my first time and never told me about the care or endurance of the bracelet and charms... I am very sure Ill be back to speak to the manager.. My husband and I will be returning to this store for better service.. if not we will drive to Middletown instead... yours truly An highly upset customer

Worst customer service I have ever been provided. I was stared down the entire time and no one would seemed happy to assist me. I had to locate the product that I mentioned I was interested in purchasing myself. I was given blunt and short answers; I absolutely felt embarrassed especially for treated so with the company I was with. I was on the verge of just taking my card back and leaving empty handed, but really wanted my specific ring.

The sales person was completely incompetent. She had no idea what she was doing and prolonged my visit. Also, she sold me the wrong thing. I called back the store the next day and explained the problem and they put me on a 20 minute silent hold. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at Pandora. Never again.
