I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and I was able to leave the store with the perfect present for someone that I know. It was the perfect option for a high quality and thought filled gift.

The girls were so friendly and attentive. They helped me pick out all the charms that I needed with out hesitation. Greeted me and stayed with me the whole time to make sure all my questions were answered

I was able to find the new item that was emailed to me the day before. The associate was gladly sawing me new charms that made it easy to create my Christmas and birthday list for my family to pick. I was also very happy that I left with a charm that I was not looking for but knew I wanted and loved.

Kris Ava and Fatima remembered me and asked about my family and that made me feel so welcomed and always go to that store. I asked for one item and the got more to my liking. Amazing staff.

Came in to buy a Disney bracelet charm as a gift for someone. Was greeted and shown multiple trays and given suggestions for what might make a good gift. Was helped by Antonia,, very nice, very helpful :)
