Service is good. Staff is great. Professionals do their best to give me the service I need and want.

Abby was great. She applied perfect pressure & she discussed at home options for in between appointments, details of my chosen options for my appointment, etc.

Marshall was great! Best deep tissue massage I've received in a long time. I definitely would request him again, and refer friends as well.

He asked about my concerns and listened to my needs. He checked throughout the session and focused on the areas of concern. Overall a very pleasant experience

Enrique was AWESOME! He really made my lower back and hips feel so much better. His scalp massage was fantastic as well. I highly recommend him and the company. Well worth the price and it's so easy to make appointments! I love it when they call me and remind me, so helpful and convenient!

Sam recommended cold stone face massage and it really helped my sinus pain. Layla was wonderful with my facial, as always - she always has good ideas to add to my routine. The entire staff at this Hand and Stone (especially Sam, Layla and Amanda at the front desk) are the best at any spa in the Kingwood area.

The staff is always nice and professional on the phone or in person. The massage Therapists are awesome they listen and do a fantastic job. I was just in yesterday 1/8/2020 . My Therapist was Enrique..I had a headache I told him I added a peppermint scalp upgrade he did a amazing job. I walked out felling refreshed relaxed and headache free..

Close to home, convenient location, friendly staff

It was very relaxing and I enjoyed the experience. I liked the heated table and oil - it felt great even though our winters aren't that cold.
