Estetician was friendly and explained what she was doing even before doing anything. She answered all my questions. I like that the staff didnt try to force me to buy products like other places.

I was extremely satisfied with my experience and my facial was very pleasant and relaxing.

Like the fact that the front desk refers you by your first name. The tech does not try to purchase products and knows what areas to concentrate on.

I’ve been going to to Hand and Stone for over a year now and love my therapist, Abby! Since I’ve been seeing her for so long she knows my body, stressors and problem areas very well which is a difficult relationship to build.
