I came in for a facial and skin consultation. My Esthetician was Amy and she was amazing. She was excellent giving me the facial and for recommending treatments. She was also knowledgeable about the products. I purchased a membership and plan to only book with Amy.

I felt she wanted my input. She spent time on trying to help my problem areas. She was very friendly and thoughtful. I have recommended Lily to my daughter.

I appreciated the kindness and gentleness of the staff. I responded positively to the ambience, the lighting, the aromas, the music. My masseuse was very effective in helping me get rid of stress.

I appreciate how welcome I felt when just stepping into the facility. The front desk staff is professional and makes eye contact. The reception area helps clients begin relaxing. Everything is nicely organized and looks clean. I also enjoy the massage experience, how private it is and how safe I feel as well.

It was a beautiful, relaxing spa experience. The lavender aromatherapy was lovely. I have been having muscle spasms down the sides of my back, and Enrique worked hard to release them. I can’t wait to come back!

Brie was very knowledgeable in how to address areas of pain and in her recommendation of an upgraded service. The ambiance was great in both the room and the reception area. The staff at the front desk have always been very kind.
