Great massage. Very skilled therapist. Lindsey knows what she’s doing.

From the moment upon arrival we were greeted with professional staff and I didn't wait longer than 3 minutes for my therapist to see me. The therapist already knew my pressure from the time before and had asked how my joints were which I had her focus on from the previous visit. We have already rescheduled our appointments for next month, and can't wait to get there.

Have had massages from more expensive salons, H&S was equal to those establishments with a far more reasonable cost. The therapists were excellent, rooms are clean and the ambiance was quite relaxing.

I absolutely loved how knowledgeable all the staff and therapists were. As someone with a chronic pain illness, I highly recommend them for pain relief and comfort.

Everything I would expect a nice spa to have. Clean, calm ambiance. If I had any constructive feedback it would be this. It feels like corporate either incentivizes or forces the therapist and receptionist to up-sale products and push the membership. While I didn't feel that either were pushy, it takes away from the experience. I don't want to feel pressured to buy things when I'm coming in to relax.
