Employees were all very professional. Area in the front and facial room were clean.

Receptionist was very warm & welcoming. Made sure I was comfortable. Therapist very attentive & did great.

I was very pleased with my first visit with Hand and Stone; l had not heard of this place before but had met a wonderful lady, Colleen, who had given me facials at another salon, so I followed her to yours. I also live very close to where you are so it is more convenient for me. I have signed up for the membership and will try it for 6 months while my house is being rebuilt due to the flood here in Kingwood....... Dawn Leake

Relaxing spa-like setting with friendly staff. It was a much needed escape from rest of my week. I recommended to 2 friends.

Staff was very friendly and focused on the customer. Atmosphere was calm and inviting. I always felt comfortable and at ease.

I thought they were very professional. It was clean-should be since they just opened. Lol. Low light. Soft music. Relaxing. Nice soft, robes and house shoes for us to wear. Offered water before and after. Made us very comfortable.

I was very satisfied with my first visit to Hand & Spa. The entire facility was spot less, I felt relaxed and comfortable the moment I opened the front door but what I like the most was the HOT towels during my amazing facial!
