Hand and Stone

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I had a facial and again it was very satisfying, I haven't had one in a long time. The store was stunning actually, I loved the stone work, and I'm looking forward to trying the products I purchased. My daughter had a teen facial and she was extremely happy with it.

The floor had not been cleaned in some time, the linens did not smell clean and had some scent on it (perfume or aromatherapy?). The music didn’t stay on the whole time and there’s never a mirror by the door to check my hair on the way out of the room.

Felt disappointed by the diamond glow enhancement results the next day after my facial. I have been very satisfied with my prior visits in the past. The esthetician Stormi provides excellent service and is knowledgeable in skin care. However, I would not choose diamond glow again .

Not your fault, I needed to speak up. Your people do exactly what I ask, but I need to speak up. I need to remember what feels good at the time, hurts later, I do not like to hurt. Khodi had amazing knowledge, he worked on my arm and it feels a lot better. He was great.

Talkative therapist. I would have preferred more attention to the knots tight areas she found

The reason I scheduled the appointment was for “lymphatic massage” It was described to me how this would be done . It was done much different than what was described. I plan to stop by as I have scheduled an appointment next month and want to insure I will receive the correct treatment

I had to cancel my membership but did not kno I could place a pause on it. I have two homes and travel with the seasons and events. I may rejoin when I return.

Was hoping for a 50 minute massage
