Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Just need to finish the sessions before I cancel if the procedure actually works or not

A few of the products that I wanted to purchase were not available. I like my esthetician, but I do miss the expertise and experience with Leila.

Team member was very short and somewhat rude. Did not put me at ease at all.

Felt the 60 minutes was a bit short. I think I went in after my 2:00 start time but it was around 2:54 when I was getting dressed at the end.

Therapist was new. Talked allot at the beginning, I had to make sure i stopped responding to disengage in the conversation

Highly satisfied means “off the charts crazy good” or 110% + in my vocabulary. Satisfied is an “A”. I am satisfied. The Hand and Stone team is doing well: they are making a straight “A’s”. How to make 110%? Dark chocolate, wearing a robe in low lit waiting room and a glass of wine. Call me spoiled 🥰

I did feel sore afterwards and had to take Advil. The pressure was great so not sure why I felt so sore. Could be that I rarely get massages.

Would be nice to have some relaxing music Would be nice to have some aromatherapy smells

I’m just a little absent because the therapist was not have a mask on and she was coughing the entire time I was there 👎 and she started 10 minutes after my appointment and finished 10 before the 69 minutes !!!

My massage therapist applied to much pressure I was very sore the next day not relaxed.
