I have only used groupons prior to my first hand & stone experience. Lauren at Hand & Stone is absolutely the best therapist I’ve ever had and I will remain loyal.

Abby was right on schedule and was very thorough about going over my problems/areas of concern. She even found problems that I didn't even know I had, which contributed to pain, so I was greatly relaxed and pain free when I left. I highly recommend Abby!

Cody was the massage therapist. I believe this was now my fourth visit with him. He is extremely professional. He always provides a recap of the previous appointment to see what changes or modifications are needed, which provides a personal approach. I have been a member for a few years now and I’ve had some good therapist. Cody is the best I have met so far. He is thorough, listens and ensures you are always comfortable. I’ve already booked my next appointment.

I really liked the massage therapist. I thought she was very good and I enjoyed very much how she massaged my achy body parts.

The staff was very helpful when I was unable to book from my computer and mobile phone. They were accommodating and the massage was just right.

Over all service is very good. Esthetician knows her work, & also she tells me how I can improve my skin's health, & beauty. Cleanliness plus ambience makes me relax, and happy.

I only had one concern with my appointment. I booked a 90 minute massage and I used 2 packages. i had to ask the receptionist if there was any leftover money for my appointment or if 2 packages was completely used for a 90 minute appointment. She said i would have $30 left over and then she asked if I would like an add on. If I wouldn't have asked, I wonder if she would have let me know in advance that I had money I could apply to extras. I chose CBD oil and my massage was amazing! Moxie is a true asset to your Kingwood location. She's friendly, listens to what I wanted done and the amount of pressure to use. It was exactly what I wanted. All of my future appointments will be with her. Good job Hand & Stone Kingwood! Thank you for making my mini-vacations awesome!
