Hand and Stone

This time I felt like the massage time was cut short. Started 10-15 after appointment time then stopped 5-10 before appointment was over. Normally it does not run that short

I was very satisfied with my service and Aesthetician (stormie!). However, there was a massage next door, where it sounded like they were climbing calls, chair banging. While I have noticed thin walls before, if the folks next to a room is talking but this was very loud and found to be distracting for me to fully relax.

I have always had 1 hour messages. The only think I’m dissatisfied with is that it’s only 45 minutes.

When trying to add on to the sell like product or adding the the session getting heads up products prices would be nice

Obvious to technician this was my first facial. Would have been nice if she would have taken the time to explain what she was going to do. I was especially shocked to feel the hot steam on my face. The suprise made it difficult to relax.

The point of my gift card was because I can’t afford the spa services. But since my massage time was booked inappropriately and I didn’t get the 90 but just the hour, I now have half an hour worth on a gift card. But was told you don’t sell half hour massages. So now in order to spend it on a massage I have to use my own money to make up the difference. That just defeats the intent of my gift.

New employees. Don’t see it as a priority. Wish it was more economical.

We loved our service. I just wish it wasn’t so expensive 😩

Always trying to upsell me for the facial on other things. I want someone to look at my skin, make a plan for me and we work the plan. Maybe that is additional ala cart procedures each month or maybe not. I don't see any huge improvements in my skin when i do the basic versus some of the more expensive treatments. Not sure I am making progress on my skin care.

I view facials and massages as a meditation like experience. My esthetician, while knowledgeable, seemed overly chatty. I felt like she was pushing products at one point. The facial itself was fine.
