Hand and Stone

Although I like my massage therapist, her techniques aren’t as relaxing as what I experienced on my first couple of visits a couple of years ago. That therapist is no longer at the location I visit. The several therapist I have used since have not been as good, not bad, just not as good. Just my recollections.

Prices are a little much, and I feel like some of the upgrades are outrageously overpriced for what they are. Also I feel like more deep tissue therapist should be sought after.

Too much rubbing and not enough massaging

I was not able to book an additional appointment as they had no available appointments in the time specified.

I thought the facial for $126 should have lasted for one hour residence in 45 minutes. My neck was never actually touched which was a little weird but my technician was a sweet girl.

My esthetician was very talkative yet she was very hard to understand so I had to continue to ask her to repeat herself. She didn’t seem to know much about my particular skin type. She seemed like she was pushing products.

Eric, my masseuse is excellent every time, regardless if my appointment is first or last in his day.

I can never access my online account. I never got a call trying to fix it. They have “fixed” it once before and it stays broken. I never get told about points or how I can use them.

I would have like to know before my massage that aromatherapy was not included with the service.
