Hand and Stone

Seems turnover of massage therapist is high. Hard to find one you like that stays. Facial was okay-always trying to sell some add on.🙄

I am satisfied. I like my location. Girls are all nice !

Always room for improvement, i liked my massage therapist had him in the past.

I log onto my account and can't see my points. Two people at 2 different times at the salon said they check into it and call and did not. I emailed corporate as one employee said it was a corporate issue with website and never heard back. The cost of facial is reasonable but there is always an upsale on additional things and it is pricey. it is hard to understand what exactly i need and i will get on the facials.

I don't like having an appointment and then no one is there to take me in at the appointment time.

I scheduled my facial first and instead my massage was done first. It was my birthday and I wanted to complete my massage at the same time as my guest. It would have also been nice to receive a complimentary gift.

Once I find that perfect person that gives great messages then I will stay. I have had several messages at hand and stone by diff people and can’t find one that fits just right. All of services and products are great, just looking for some one to give messages like the lady that I went for 10 years.

Had hoped to be more relaxed and to have the pain eased. The price has gone up $20 for the membership of the years and it’s getting expensive.

Massage was great, but therapist must have eaten something containing garlic right before the session. It was a bit distracting.

I was satisfied with my massage. Not sure why I have to be highly satisfied. I will continue to see my masseuse as she is very good.
