Hand and Stone

My appointment started almost 10 minutes past the hour. The massage ended promptly on time at least five minutes before the hour, It would be nice to have an offer for a free hot towel on my feet four in aromatherapy when the massage starts 10 minutes pass the time

It seemed to take a bit longer than usual to actually get in for my massage. This was my first time with this particular therapist and I was not disappointed. Check in just seemed a bit clunky this time. It got done, just not as smooth as previous visits.

The massage was perfect, and the receptionists and Diana were wonderful. In all of my experiences having massages, I have never paid extra for aroma. I just can’t wrap my head around why Hand and Stone charges for that.

I was satisfied

The previous 3 sessions Eric came out 10 min past the hr and stopped at 10 min before the hr. I understand a 50 min massage but not 40 min. I stopped booking a 90 min with him because we started 15 min into the 90 min and he finished 10+ min early. 90 min equaled 65 min and wasn’t worth $90.

We have been members for over 3 years and seems the appointment time is. Shorter and shorter although we are on time. This was our wedding anniversary massage. Time could have been better only 50 minutes and it started late.

Even if my appointment starts late due to therapist not ready, my massages still end 10 till. I don’t get the full 50 minutes. This visit did go over but previously never have I gotten the full 50 minutes.

It was fine.
